Star Wars using Kinect

Yesterday during Microsoft's E3 conference, all talk about Kinect was getting to me. Until I heard the name Star Wars.

Using Kinect, it seems like you'll be able to take hold of an actual (invisible) saber in your lucky hands. Not only does it looks that way, but it also appears you'll be able to become one with the force.

We don't know much yet, but we hope we can do all this and more.

im just going to avoid this entire section of the forums for the next week or so, seen all this stuff before it even came up on here.

also if you saw any of the other footage, this is NOT game play, they had some kid on stage following the movements of the character, at points he was seconds behind the game, so it's kinda fail atm until i see more REAL gameplay im not overly enthused

indeed Exo, i've probably seen about the same you have, looks way too scripted and programmed and smooth to be real gameplay. im not impressed

I feel like there would be a fine line between when your saber would block a laser coming right at your face and when it wouldn't. Personally, automatic blocking seems more plausible at this point over this.

If they do figure it all out though, this would be sick.
