A few quick questions,

 

Is there a post explaining who can post where?, I attempted to place good luck and opinions of a server regular on a few applications only to find out that I'm not allowed to reply to threads in the application center.

 

Also I would love if someone could make me a signature and avatar, I use to do that kind of thing and I enjoyed making stuff for other people. Perhaps their is someone similar around here?

As far as I'm aware, you need to have made 10 posts before you can use the shoutbox.

 

You are correct, only people in JP can make replies to topics in the Application Center, but of course anyone can make a topic there. Other than that, it should be just topics that are locked that are the ones you can't reply in, but that goes for everyone who isn't a forum moderator to be honest. There shouldn't, thinking offhand, be any other sub-forums that you can't reply to topics in.

 

For the signature and avatar, it's best to make a topic here and specify what you're looking for in your sig, maybe provide a render you want us to use, tell us the name of whatever game character/music artist etc. you want, what words you want on the sig/avatar, whether you want the sig and avatar to be the same render or different etc. I may even take it up myself.
